Senior HR leaders of SRM Technologies attended the NASSCOM DEI event recently, where leaders from various organizations gathered to discuss and explore actionable strategies to embed DEIB values into their organizational DNA.
The summit focused on a range of significant topics, including the current challenges faced by the tech industry and the solutions to overcome them. We gained invaluable insights into evolving laws and policies, as well as the role of technology in fostering inclusion. Various live sessions and workshops also unlocked new perspectives on reimagining accessibility, understanding neurodiverse talents and broader communities.
The event included DEI Awards, where SRM Technologies had successfully completed two rounds of assessments to compete for key award categories. The evaluation was based on various benchmarking factors identified by the Jury for rewarding organizations with impeccable commitment and progress towards their DE&I values & implementations. A report has also been published outlining the insights from this extensive study, including the current statistics in the Indian DE&I context, best practices, and recommendations.
